Does Beauty need an Explanation?

I don’t think she does.

Beauty is fundamentally subjective, and no explanation does her justice. Just let her flow right into you, let the seed she carries be planted. Soon, you’ll discover that an unexplicable spark – usually only noticed in those rare moments you seem more awake than usual – is present everywhere, whispering to your senses. What a joy life becomes when you find that spark!

    Does beauty need explanation..?

Beauty needs a beholder, or it is in its reflection ugliness…
Beauty needs be the guiding light of the emotion wanton lust…
Beauty needs be bathed in external passion and lust to be alive in life…
Beauty needs light.. for beauty in the blackness of hell, is but an extension of hell’s breath, seeking passion’s death…
Without mine open eyes beauty is dead…
    Beauty needs me to exist…

To describe thine beauty is for me to close her majesty in a dark coffin…

Beauty is my life… Beauty is why I live…
Beauty is that which wakes mine spirit to love…

What beautiful words, perfectly extending the original point. Without mine open eyes beauty is indeed dead…

Thanks, this was one I did quite some time ago, waiting for the perfect moment to publish it.

Ya know Vitor, we can go through our lives as if we have blinders on.
Missing the beauty that is all around us.

Even a drive or walk down the same old neighborhood can reveal
new and beautiful things. It ALL comes down to ~awareness~

Thanks for sharing your beautiful art.

It encourages me to stay awake, and notice.

As they say “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”.

When you look with the eternal eye, everything is beautiful, because you release judgment.

Thank you for sharing this post with me. =)

Yes, it all comes down to awareness, the filter between us and what we call “reality”

I think releasing judgement is the first step that makes everything else fall into place by itself.
Thank YOU for sharing your thoughts.

Me thinks to be able to see and enjoy beauty to its fullest, the beholder must have at least the same degree of beauty within, resonating with the beauty to be experienced…

There is reality.. and there is our concocted synthetic reality, with all the frights and dangers removed, and most of the beauty lost in plugged filters…

For most, TV tells them what is beauty, and what is not beauty… TV provides the viewer with the day’s fears and opinions… Reality is a lost art… Beauty must remain hidden, to protect itself from attack by those who eat beauty… Beauty is lost in its own fears of humanity… Humanity has lost respect for humanity… Religion has labeled most beauty as evil… Now beauty must hide from god to live…

Oh yes of course! External beauty is nothing more than a reflection of what one carries inside. Beauty only needs to hide from people who refuse to see her and accept her. It doesn’t have to be that way.
